The mission of Skaneateles High School’s chapter of the National Art Honor Society is to create an environment of creative energy and inspiration for productive work and individualism. Participating in several hours of artistic community service every year, this society is dedicated to the bettering of our school with awareness for the arts and with a goal to increase the presence of the arts in Skaneateles. By hosting opportunities several times throughout the course of the year to engage in unique and stimulating activities and workshops, the National Art Honor Society encourages students of all interest-levels to experiment with art, and to find new passions and interests through this experimentation. Continually, the National Art Honor Society brings life to Skaneateles High School by brightening the halls with student art and displaying exemplary character to our surrounding community, and in this way fully-encompasses the spirit of the arts.
